Bu çalışmada, Türk ve Kırgız atasözleri içerisindeki çalışkanlık ile ilgili ortak atasözleri seçilerek, analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmada betimsel araştırma tekniklerinden olan doküman analizi tekniği ile verilere ulaşılmış ve verilerin çözümlenmesinde ise içerik analizi tekniğinden faydalanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, Anadolu ve Kırgız Türklerindeki çalışkanlıkla ilgili atasözlerinin ortak özellikleri olarak kısaca çalışmayı seven, tembellikten kaçınan, zahmete katlanabilen, hüner sahibi, laftan çok işe değer veren, tembelliği utanılacak bir durum olarak gören, bereketi ve kazancı çalışma yoluyla arayan şeklinde belirlenmiştir.
In this study, it was selected and analyzed by selecting common speech related to the workforce within the Turkish and Kyrgyz speech. The research has been achieved with the document analysis technique, which is from the visual research techniques, and the analysis of data has been used with the content analysis technique. According to the research, the common characteristics of the vocabulary related to work in the Anatolian and Kyrgyz Turks have been determined in the form of a person who loves to work shortly, who avoids thirst, who can tolerate trouble, who possesses a thirst, who considers thirst as a shameful situation, who seeks prosperity and profits through work.
