Ottoman Empire had sent to important trading and port cities in many countries all over the world and to the cities where the Ottoman citizens lived since the year 1802. Bulgaria which gained its independence in 1908 was among these countries. After the Ottoman Empire had officially recognized Bulgaria’s independence in 1909 and signed a consular declaration with Bulgaria in the same year, The Ottoman Empire constituted consulates in Burgaz, Plovdiv, Sofia, Rusçuk. Thus, it both ensured the running of the administrative business of the Ottoman citizens in both the Balkans and Bulgaria, one of the places in which the Turk population was intense and maintained rights and laws of the Ottoman citizens who were engaged in trade in these places. Consuls who were responsible for sending reports related to state of business, developments, and commercial activities of the Ottoman trademen in the countries where they resided as well as their administrative, religious, political and economic duties were very important, because they are primary sources of this subject. In this study, according to the trade reports sent from these cities, Ottoman- Bulgaria trade relations between 1910 and 1914 were discussed
