Yakın tarihte ortaya çıkan Covid-19 salgını, tüm dünyada sağlık sistemi başta olmak üzere ekonomik, sosyal ve toplumsal faktörler bakımından öngörülemedik değişimlere neden olmuştur. Salgın şartları ekseninde sokağa çıkma yasaklarının başlamasıyla bahsi geçen öngörülemedik değişimlerin yaşandığı alanlardan biri de eğitim sistemidir. Belirtilen sebeple gerçekleştirilemeyen yüz yüze eğitim sonucunda dünya genelinde milyonlarca kişi açık ve uzaktan eğitim yoluyla eğitim görmeye başlamıştır. Ülkemizde de tüm öğretim kademelerinde yüz yüze eğitime bir süre ara verilmiş ve tüm öğrenciler için uzaktan eğitim olanakları tercih edilmiştir. Bu olanaklar içerisinde Türkiye, EBA isimli eğitim platformunu uzaktan eğitim sürecinde etkin olarak kullanmaya başlamıştır. Yaşanan bu süreçte EBA platformunun Türkçe eğitiminde ve bu bağlamda dört temel dil becerisinin aktarımında ne kadar etkili olduğu sorusu akıllara gelmektedir. Araştırmanın amacı, uzaktan eğitim sürecinde Türkçe öğretmenlerinin dört temel dil becerisi üzerinden EBA platformunu kullanım durumlarını belirlemektir. Bu bağlamda çalışma nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama (survey) modeliyle desenlenmiştir. Çalışma grubunu, rastgele örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen 93 Türkçe öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Veriler Google Forms aracılığıyla, araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen “Uzaktan Eğitim Sürecinde Türkçe Öğretmenlerinin EBA Platformunu Kullanım Durumları” anketi ile toplanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; Türkçe öğretmenlerinin uzaktan eğitim sürecinde EBA platformunu okuma becerisi açısından etkin kullandığı ancak gönderdikleri çalışmaların konuşma, yazma ve dinleme/izleme becerilerinde işlevsel olmadığını düşündükleri tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular neticesinde EBA platformunun Türkçe eğitiminde kullanımı ile ilgili çeşitli öneriler sunulmuştur.
The recent outbreak of Covid-19 has caused unpredictable changes in terms of economic, social and societal factors, especially in the health system all over the world. One of the areas where the unforeseen changes mentioned with the start of the curfews on the axis of the epidemic conditions are experienced is the education system. Among these opportunities, Turkey has started to use the education platform called EBA effectively in the distance education process. In this process, the question of how effective the EBA platform is in Turkish education and in this context in the transfer of four basic language skills comes to mind. The aim of the research is to determine the use of the EBA platform on the four basic language skills of Turkish teachers in the distance education process. In this context, the study was designed with the scanning (survey) model, one of the quantitative research methods. The study group consists of 93 Turkish teachers selected by random sampling method. The data were collected through the "EBA Platform Usage Cases of Turkish Teachers in the Distance Education Process" questionnaire developed by the researchers via Google Forms. As a result of the research; It was determined that Turkish teachers used the EBA platform effectively in terms of reading skills in the distance education process, but they thought that the studies they sent were not functional in speaking, writing and listening/watching skills. As a result of the findings, various suggestions were presented regarding the use of the EBA platform in Turkish education.
