İbrahim Hakkı Efendi, Bağdat’tan Anadolu’ya gelip Erzincan ilinin Kemah ilçesine yerleşen bir ailenin çocuğu olarak 1859 yılında dünyaya gelmiştir. İyi bir eğitim alan ve son dönem Osmanlı âlimlerinden olan bu zat, Konya’da tamamladığı çilenin ve aldığı eğitimlerin neticesinde Erzincan Mevlevihanesi postnişinliğine nasbolunmuştur. Hacda iken bilgisiyle Arap âlimleri bile etkileyen İbrahim Hakkı Efendi, padişahın davetiyle İstanbul’da saray vaizliğine kadar yükselmiştir. Ancak, doğru bildiğini her daim yüksek sesle haykırması ve sert mizacı yüzünden ömrünün büyük bölümü sürgünlerde geçmiştir. Büyük çileler çeken ve İstiklal Mahkemeleri’nde yargılanan İbrahim Hakkı Efendi, ilmî çalışmalardan da geri durmamıştır. Türkçe, Arapça ve Farsçaya o dillerde eser verecek kadar hâkimdir. Yazdığı Türkçe eserlerde Arapça ve Farsça iktibaslara yer veren İbrahim Hakkı, ilmî eserlerin yanında bir de divan kaleme almıştır. Divanında Türkçe şiirlerin yanında yedi Arapça ve on bir Farsça telif şiiri vardır. Ayrıca Necatü’l-İslam adlı eserinde de Farsça telif bir şiiri mevcuttur. Hangi dilde yazmış olursa olsun İbrahim Hakkı’nın şiirlerinde derin bir tasavvuf, ayet ve hadis bilgisi dikkat çekmektedir. Bunlarla beraber, Hakkı’nın divan şiiri geleneğine hâkimiyeti de açıkça görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada ilk olarak; ilmî ve edebî yönü hakkındaki söylentilerin gölgesinde kalmış olan Kemahlı İbrahim Hakkı’nın hayatı ve eserleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Ardından ona ait olan toplam on iki Farsça şiir, okunuşları ve Türkçe anlamlarıyla birlikte dikkatlere sunulmuştur.
Ibrahim Hakı Efendi was born in 1859 as a child of a family who came from Baghdad to Anadolu and settled in the province of Erzincan’s Kemah district. In addition to the Turkish poems there are seven Arabic and ten Persian poems. In the work of Necatü'l-Islam there is also a poetry in Persian. In any language it is written in the poems of Abraham the truth is a profound tasavvuf, verses and hadiths. It is clear that the truth is the truth of the poetry. In this study, first, it was given information about the life and works of Kemahlı Ibrahim Hakı, who remained in the shadow of the rumors about the scientific and literary aspects. Then the total of twelve Persian poems, readings and Turkish meanings that belonged to him were presented to the attention.
