So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Abstract:

The aim of this research is to reveal the instrumental role of cognitive distortions related to relationships in the relationship between loneliness and internet addiction in university students. The study was attended by 412 students from different departments studying at the Faculty of Education of the University of Gaziantep in the 2017-2018 educational-learning year. The study used the Personal Information Form, the UCLA Solitude Scale, the Internet Addiction Scale and the Scale of Cognitive Disruptions Related to Interpersonal Relationships. Detective Factor Analysis and Verification Factor Analysis were conducted in order to test the structure validity of the measurements with the work group. In the process of data analysis, together with visual statistics, the T test, ANOVA, the Modeling of Structural Equality and the latest mediation were also applied to the Sobel Test. When the findings were studied, the conclusion was that men received more scores in the lower dimension of loneliness, internet addiction, and cognitive disturbances related to relationships according to gender. According to the class level, there was no meaningful relationship. The analysis found that there was a positive relationship between loneliness and internet addiction and cognitive distortions related to interpersonal relationships. Cognitive distortions related to relationships have been found to be a partial instrument in the relationship between loneliness and internet addiction.

Personal Information Forms, UCLA Loneliness Scale, Internet Addiction Scale and The Interpersonal Cognitive Distortions Scale have been used in this study. In order to test the construct validity of the scales with the study group, the Exploratory Factor Analysis and the Confirmatory Factor Analysis have been conducted. During the analysis process, with the descriptive analysis, the t test, ANOVA, Structural Equation Modelling, and as a mediator, the Sobel Test have been used. In examining the results, men have been found to have scored higher in gender-based loneliness, internet addiction and the “avoidance of intimacy” sub-dimension of interpersonal cognitive distortions.
