The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between body fat and muscle levels according to the body segments of body education and sports high school students with aerobic, anaerobic and flexibility features. Method: The study was attended by a total of 31 students, including 18 women and 13 men, who studied at the University of Ahi Evran Physical Education and Sports High School. The body compositions of the students participating in the study were determined by the bioelectric impedance (BIA) analysis method. To determine the aerobic capabilities, the Cooper test, the 30m sprint test, and the vertical jumping test, to determine the flexibility characteristics, and the seat-long test, to determine the anaerobic capabilities, were applied. The findings: When the findings were studied in men, there was a significant relationship between the vertical jumping and the left leg muscle (r=-,718, p<0.01), the negative high level, the speed of 30m and the muscle mass (r=,642, p<0.05), the positive middle level. In women, there was no meaningful relationship between performance parameters and body segments. As a result, there has been a relationship between the body segments of men and their aerobic and anaerobic capabilities in terms of muscle mass and fat percentage. In women, when the muscle and fat rates are studied according to body segments, it can be said that the muscle rates are low, the fat rates are high and therefore their aerobic and anaerobic capabilities are low.
