Abstract:

The purpose of the research is to identify the problems and solutions that teachers candidates, practice teachers, practice teachers, practice school coordinators and practice school directors experience in relation to each other during the teaching practice course. The research participants in the 2017-2018 Education-Teaching year in a state university in the last class of the Class Teaching and Science Information Teaching Bachelor's Program consist of a total of 19 teachers candidates and 8 practical teachers, 4 practical teachers, 4 practical school coordinators and 4 practical school directors assigned under the teaching practice course. This research is a case study, which is a research model, and a semi-configured interview form has been used in the collection of data. In the analysis of the data obtained, the content analysis method was used. According to the research, the teaching practice course shows that the parties concerned are unable to fulfill their responsibilities and responsibilities in many points against each other. The study also included the suggestions of the participants to solve the problems.
