Etnik kimliklerin uluslararası ilişkiler alanında görünürlükleri gittikçe artmaktadır.Farklı kimliklerin etkilerini ele almak dış politika analizinde önemli hale gelmektedir. Bu makale, konstrüktivist yaklaşımlardan Nicholas Onuf’un kural ağırlıklı konstrüktivizminin etnik kimliklerin dış politika alanındaki etkisini ele almaya uygun bir çerçeve sunduğunu ileri sürmektedir. Çalışma, kural ağırlıklı konstrüktivizmin epistemolojik ve ontolojik anlayışı ile farklı kimliklerin dış politikada etkili olma yollarını ana-akım konstrüktivizme göre daha iyi gösterdiğini savunmaktadır.

the visibility of ethnic identity in the field of international relations is becoming increasingly increasing in the influence of different identity is becoming important in the external policy analysis, this article defends the fact that nicholas onuf, from constructivist approaches to the influence of ethnic identity in the field of external policy, offering a framework to address the influence of ethnic identity, the rule is mainly defending the ways of becoming effective in the external policy of different ids with epistemological and ontological understanding of constructivism
