Abstract:

The level of the humorous styles that enable the strengthening of interpersonal relationships is of great importance in the examples of university students who receive sports education. Thus, this research was carried out within the scan model in which the student's humorous styles are intended to be studied in terms of some variables. The research group consists of a total of 126 people in the 2019-2020 educational year, 31 (24.6%) in the field of sports education, 95 (75.4%) in male individual. As a data collection tool in the study, the researchers used the "Mizah Styles Scale" adapted by Yerlikaya (2003) with the "Personal Information Form" created by researchers. The research depends on the variables of the humor styles, and its independent variables are gender, age, class and perceived income levels. After the data received was transferred to the computer environment, the values of confusion and compression were looked at, the analysis and interpretation of the data were preferred by visual statistics, t-test and one-factor variance analysis. According to the findings, the humor style of university students who receive sports education is above the average level. Also, while there is no meaningful relationship between the humor styles and gender, a meaningful relationship has been seen according to age, class and perceptible income level.
