Abstract:

The language culture relationship is a phenomenon and state that continues from the first moment of the language's appearance to the last moment of life. Every new language that it produces leaves the concept within the culture. These products are damaged over the years and continues to live in the words and phrases that are the most vicious expressions of the language. In this study, the words related to the baht and baht that passed in the works of the "Atasons and Words Dictionary I-II" and the "Atasons and Words in the Region Mouths I-II" published by the Turkish Language Institute, which was prepared by Omer Asım Aksoy, were attempted to be identified in our speeches and phrases. These works are important sources in which the speeches and phrases used in our language are presented together. These precious works are not only works used as a source; they are precious historical events, along with the archaeological words in them for those who are concerned about the national existence of our nation. In the study, the people who have deep meaning in the language-cultural relationship and who use the language to meet the hopes, happiness and the feelings and situations they use to meet the words, such as baht, good, good, state, part, good, and the use of the words in our words and expressions were tried to determine the places in the public domain.

Abstract:

Language is the phenomenon and condition that continues until the last moment when language-related language has emerged. Every new concept of language production is left in the culture. These products are distilled over the years and the language continues its life in proverbs and idioms which are the most vehement expressions. In this work, the words "Proverbs and Idioms Dictionary I-II" prepared by Ömer Asım Aksoy and other words about luck and related to luck in "Proverbs and Expressions I-II in the Dialects of the Region" issued by the Turkish Language Institute are not to be found in our proverbs and idioms that studied. These works are the best-collected examples of the proverbs and idioms used in our language in general terms. These precious works are not only books that are used as source books; It is a valuable historical vocation along with the archaic words that are in place for those who are interested in national wealth. In the study, it was tried to determine the places of public awareness by determining the proverbs and utterances of words such as baht, luck, kut, devlet, fortune, luck etc. used by people who have profound meanings in language and culture and who use language to meet their hopes, happiness and emotions and situations like this.
