Bu araştırmanın amacı, Öğretmen Bilişim Ağı’nı (ÖBA) tanıtmak ve ÖBA platformundaki sınıf öğretmenlerine yönelik hazırlanan uzaktan hizmet içi eğitimlerin içeriklerinin değerlendirilmesidir. Yapılan bu araştırma durum çalışmasına göre yürütülmüştür. Alanda aktif görev alan sınıf öğretmenleriyle görüşmeler yapılmış ve ÖBA platformu incelenmiştir. Elde edilen veriler içerik analizine göre çözümlenmiştir. Bu araştırma sonucunda sınıf öğretmenlerinin ÖBA platformuna olumlu yaklaşım içinde oldukları belirlenmiştir. ÖBA platformunun tasarımı kullanışlı, işlevsel ve ergonomiktir. Görüşme yapılan sınıf öğretmenleri ÖBA’daki hazırlanan eğitimlerin yetersiz ve sınırlı olduğunu belirtmişlerdir. Sınıf öğretmenliği branşı temelli hizmet içi eğitimin sayısal olarak az olması ve eğitim çeşitliliğinin sınırlı olmasıdır. ÖBA platformunda 168 eğitimin olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu eğitimlerin 6’sı sınıf öğretmenliği alan bilgisi, 35’i eğitim bilimleri, 67’si genel kültür, 35’i diğer branşlar ve 25’i ise diğer eğitimler ile ilgilidir. ÖBA platformundaki sınıf öğretmenliği alan eğitimleri yazma eğitimi, matematik eğitimi ve İngilizce eğitimi ile ilgilidir. Eğitim bilimleri teması altında toplanan eğitim içerikleri ise rehberlik, ölçeme ve değerlendirme, yönetimsel beceriler, oyun terapisi, öğretim becerilerinin geliştirilmesi, taslak ders kitabı inceleme ve değerlendirme, uzman öğretmenlik ve başöğretmenlik semineri, gelişim ve öğrenme ve kapsayıcı eğitimdir. ÖBA’nın esnek yapısı, hizmet içi eğitimlerin maliyetlerini azaltması ve geliştirilebilir bir platform olması nedeniyle hizmet içi eğitimlerin daha kolay ve etkili yapılmasını sağlayabileceği söylenebilir.
The purpose of this research is to promote the Teacher Information Network (ÖBA) and to evaluate the content of distance-service training prepared for classmates on the ÖBA platform. This research was conducted according to the state of work. There were discussions with the classmates who worked actively in the field and the ÖBA platform was studied. The data obtained is analyzed according to the content analysis. This research has found that classmates are in a positive approach to the ÖBA platform. The design of the ÖBA platform is convenient, functional and ergonomic. The classmates interviewed that the prepared training in the OBA was insufficient and limited. Class teaching industry is that the service-based education is numerously small and the education diversity is limited. There are 168 educational institutions on the platform. 6 of these courses are related to class teaching field knowledge, 35 are related to educational sciences, 67 are related to general culture, 35 are related to other branches and 25 are related to other education. The field of class teaching on the ÖBA platform is related to writing education, mathematics education and English education. The educational contents gathered under the theme of educational sciences are guidance, measurement and evaluation, managerial skills, game therapy, teaching skills development, draft curriculum review and evaluation, specialist teaching and master teaching seminars, development and learning and comprehensive training. It can be said that the flexible structure of the OBA can make it easier and more efficient because it reduces the cost of service training and is a platform that can be developed.
