Abstract:

Today, the incredible development, diversification, facilitation of their transportation, and greatly facilitating our lives while we carry out our daily activities and business; it has now taken them out of being luxury in our lives, it has made them a need. There are many devices that have access to the Internet, including smartphones, that are now unable to get rid of. While the need for the internet was solved in the internet cafes until a few years ago, the home or workplace where there is no internet is now almost enough to disappear. Many public institutions offer access to the internet to their citizens, schools, hospitals, airports, public transport, and even on the streets and squares. The children who have been born in recent years are now born in this world of technology and information. While the Internet offers a incredible opportunity for children to grow up and develop themselves, it has a variety of risks when they are exploited. In this study, on the basis of the risks that the internet has in addition to the benefits for children, national and international legal regulations and the state-of-the-art studies will discuss the aspects of the protection of children in the internet environment.
