Abstract:

The aim of this study is to develop a degree rating key for evaluating high school lessons. With this aim, researchers scan the relevant literature and the National Education Ministry published the draft curriculum assessment criteria have created a degree score key. After the degree score key preparation criteria were created taking into account, two-stage applications with 39 teachers were made in the 2019-2020 academic year. In the first phase, 39 teachers have been given an opinion on whether the rating key is appropriate to conduct validity studies. In the second phase, the reliability analysis of the grade score key was carried out with 10 teachers selected among them. The data was analyzed with regard to the consistency ratio between coders to prove the validity of the scope and the consistency ratio between Cronbach's Alpha and the scorer to ensure reliability with regard to the Kendall's W ratio. As a result of the completion of the validity and reliability stages of the study, a degree score key for the study of high school lessons, consisting of a total of five dimensional 40 indicators, has been developed. The dimensions of the developed degree score key are in the form of entry to the subject, measurement and evaluation, scientific content, language and narration, visual design. It is recommended that the degree score key developed within the study framework be used by all the branch teachers because it will provide a qualified and objective assessment in the selection and evaluation of the curriculum.
