Abstract:

Migration and Refugee is one of the historic facts of today. The capacity of the host society and refugees to live in harmony is closely related to the empathy they establish each other. The ability to gain empathy, especially in young ages, is the key to healthy interactions. From this point of view, it is known that children's literature plays an important role in creating individual values relating to life reality. Thus, the attitude of the heroes towards the conflicts they experience allows the child to get new tips on solving the problems he encounters in real life. The aim of the expressed in the work is to identify the conflicts processed in the children's books on immigration and refuge, the positions of the heroes and the methods of resolving conflicts. In the research, the quality research methods have been used to review documents. The data obtained was analyzed using the imaging analysis technique. According to the study, the book was found in a person-person conflict. The methods of solving the conflicts in which the heroes are in match with the reality of life. But most of them are not approved methods.
