Örgütsel Bağlılık ve Üretkenlik (Verimlilik) Karşıtı İş Davranışı İlişkisi: Bir Alan Araştırması

Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın amacı örgütsel bağlılık ve alt boyutları ile üretkenlik karşıtı iş davranışı arasındaki ilişkiyi tespit etmektir. Araştırmanın evrenini, Bandırma’da faaliyet gösteren 44 lokanta ve restoran işletmesi oluşturmaktadır. Bu işletmelerde çalışmakta olan 138 çalışanın 129’una anket uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerle güvenilirlik analizi, frekans analizi, normallik testi, çoklu regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Yapılan regresyon analizinin neticesine göre örgütsel bağlılığın üretkenlik karşıtı iş davranışını etkilediği, örgütsel bağlılığın bir alt boyutu olan duygusal bağlılığın üretkenlik karşıtı iş davranışını etkilemediği, örgütsel bağlılığının bir diğer alt boyutu olan devam bağlılığının üretkenlik karşıtı iş davranışını etkilediği, örgütsel bağlılığın üçüncü alt boyutu olan normatif bağlılığın üretkenlik karşıtı iş davranışını etkilemediği görülmüştür. Çalışmanın sonuç kısmında ileride yapılacak çalışmalar için önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Çalışmanın literatüre ve diğer uygulayıcılara katkılar sağlayacağı umulmaktadır.

Relationship of business behavior against organizational commitment and productivity (efficiency): A field research

Abstract:

The aim of this research is to identify the relationship between organizational commitment and its subdimensions and anti-productivity business behavior. The universe of the research consists of 44 restaurants and restaurants operating in Bandırma. A survey was carried out on 129 of the 138 employees working in these enterprises. With the obtained data, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, normality test, multiple regression analysis were made. According to the result of the regression analysis, the organizational commitment affects the work behavior against productivity, the emotional commitment, which is a subdimensional of the organizational commitment, does not affect the work behavior against productivity, the continuous commitment, which is another subdimensional of the organizational commitment, affects the work behavior against productivity, the third subdimensional of the organizational commitment, the normative commitment, which is a third subdimensional of the organizational commitment, does not affect the work behavior against productivity. The results of the study are recommended for the work to be carried out. It is hoped that the study will contribute to literature and other practitioners.

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between organizational commitment, sub-dimensions, counter-productive business behavior. 44 restaurants and restaurant enterprises operating in Bandırma constitute the universe of the research. 129 of the 138 employees working in these enterprises were surveyed. Reliability, frequency, normality test, multiple regression analysis were performed with the data obtained. According to the regression analysis, organizational commitment, productivity, anti-business, influence behavior, organizational commitment, emotional commitment that is the size of the productivity of work against a child affect behavior, organizational commitment is the size of one of the other sub behavior that affect the productivity of work against continuing commitment, organizational commitment, normative commitment, it was observed that did not affect the behavior. In the conclusion part of the study, recommendations were made for future studies. It is hoped that the study will provide contributions to the literature and other practitioners.
