Küreselleşme ile artan yoğun ekonomik ve ticari ilişkiler lojistik konusunun önemini artırmış ve buna bağlı olarak ülkelerin lojistik performanslarının ölçülmesi ihtiyacı oluşmuştur. Bu gereksinim Dünya Bankası tarafından belirli aralıklar ile ölçülen ülkelerin lojistik performansını gösteren endeks ile tamamlanmıştır. Buna bağlı olarak araştırmada ilk olarak Avrupa Birliği ülkelerine göre lojistik performans endeksini oluşturan bileşenlerin önemlilik dereceleri (ağırlık katsayıları) Critic yöntemi ile ölçülmüştür. Devamında söz konusu ülkelerin lojistik performansları WASPAS ve COPRAS yöntemleri ile tespit edilerek tespit edilen değerler sıralanmıştır. Bulgulara istinaden ülkelere göre uluslararası sevkiyat bileşeninin en önemli bileşen olduğu ve lojistik performansı en fazla olan ilk üç ülke Almanya, İsveç, Belçika olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca oransal hesaplara göre ülkelerin WASPAS, COPRAS yöntemleri ile tespit edilen lojistik performans değerleri ile lojistik performans endeks değerleri birbirlerine çok yakın olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Dolayısıyla bu duruma istinaden WASPAS ve COPRAS yöntemleri ile ülkelerin lojistik performans endekslerinin genel anlamda değerlendirilebileceği sonucuna varılmıştır.
With globalization, the increasing intense economic and trade relations have increased the importance of the logistics subject and therefore the need for the measurement of the logistics performance of the countries has emerged. This requirement is completed with an index that shows the logistics performance of countries measured by the World Bank at certain intervals. According to this, the study first measured the importance degrees (weight ratings) of the components that make up the logistic performance index according to the European Union countries using the Critic method. The logistics performance of the countries in question has been classified by the WASPAS and COPRAS methods. According to the findings, the first three countries with the highest logistics performance are Germany, Sweden, and Belgium. According to the proportional accounts, countries have been identified with the WASPAS, COPRAS methods and the logistics performance index values are very close to each other. In this context, WASPAS and COPRAS methods and countries’ logistics performance indicators can be evaluated in general.
