Abstract:

Bu araştırmada içsel pazarlama uygulamalarının çalışanların iş tatmini üzerine etkisi ve örgütsel adaletin aracı rolünün olup olmadığının belirlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Buna dayanarak araştırma kapsamında içsel pazarlama uygulamalarının çalışanların iş tatmini üzerindeki etkisi ve örgütsel adaletin aracılık rolü incelenmiştir. Çalışmada, bir büyükşehir belediyesinin 300 çalışanına anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda; kamu sektörünün uyguladığı içsel pazarlama faaliyetleri, çalışanların iş tatminini pozitif yönde ve anlamlı şekilde etkilediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract:

This study aims to determine the impact of internal marketing practices on employees’ job satisfaction and whether organizational justice is the instrumental role. Based on this, the research has studied the impact of internal marketing practices on employees’ job satisfaction and the role of organizational justice as a mediator. In the study, 300 employees of a major municipality were surveyed. The results of the analysis have found that the internal marketing activities implemented by the public sector have a positive and meaningful impact on the satisfaction of employees.

It is aimed to determine mediating role organizational justice in the influence of internal marketing practies of scholars on job satisaction. Based on this, the influence of internal marketing practices on the job satisfaction of the employees and the mediating role of organizational justice was examined. In the study, a survey was applied to 300 employees of a metropolitan municipality. As a result of the analysis; internal marketing practies implemented by the public sector affect the job satisfaction of employees positively and significantly.
