Abstract:

One of the most unfortunate events that man can face throughout his lifetime is that he is forced to migrate from the land he has lived for years. Immigration is the ultimate means for people who are subjected to any kind of military, economic and cultural pressure. It also has been one of the events that have affected the lives of individuals throughout history and has been influenced by generations without leaving out of the memory of those who have been exposed to immigration. The XIX. In the second half of the century, the Muslim population belonged to various ethnic structures from the Balkans, Rumeli, Crimea and the Caucasus to Anadolu. The Ottoman State, in addition to the many problems it tried to overcome, also had to deal with the problems of these people who migrated to the interior parts of the country. In this process, the government has been trying to meet the needs of the expatriates with the assistance provided by the expatriates in all areas. The aid was also supported by the indigenous people. In this study, the aid provided to the expatriates from the Crimea-Kafkasia and the surrounding districts of Diyarbakır was examined.
