So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between participation in management and employee attitudes of academic staff working at universities. In the Spring Semester of 2022-2023 academic year, 419 academic staff working in the Eastern Black Sea region voluntarily participated in the study. In addition to the personal information form (age, gender, title), "Participation in Management and Work Attitudes Scale" created by Bilir and Ay (2007) was used as a data collection tool. T-test, Anova, Post Hoc and regression analyses were used to analyze the data obtained. After the statistical procedures, a significant difference was found in the work engagement sub-dimension according to gender, while no difference was found in other dimensions. While no significant difference was found in bureaucratic climate, innovative climate and negative interaction sub-dimensions according to age variable, a significant difference was found in all other dimensions. According to the title variable, no significant difference was found in the sub-dimensions of hierarchy, human and social relations and negative interaction, while a significant difference was found in all other dimensions. According to the standardized regression coefficients, the positive significance of the predictor (independent) variables on employee attitudes were found to be teamwork (β= 0.41), supportive climate (β= 0.30), communication (β= -0.27), human and social relations (β= -0.16), bureaucratic climate (β= -0.15), hierarchy (β= 0.09) and innovative climate (β= -0.03). When the t-test results regarding the significance of the regression coefficients are analyzed, it is seen that teamwork, supportive climate, communication, bureaucratic climate, human and social relations and hierarchy are significant (significant) predictors of employee attitude (p<0.01). Innovative climate and negative interaction were not found to be significant (significant) predictors of employee attitude (p>0.05).
