Özet:

The purpose of this study is to study the relationship between the wave-based wave-based behaviors and the wave-based definitions of the teachers and the wave-based behaviors and the wave-based definitions of the teachers and the wave-based definitions of the teachers. This study is in the relational scan model that discusses the blurring behaviors applied to teachers by student tutors and the views and attitudes of teachers about student tutors. The study’s work group consists of 192 pre-school teachers who work in public and private schools in the province of Çanakkale from the 2016-2017 educational year. The survey form was developed for the purpose of gathering data in the study based on the relative scan model. In the analysis of data, t-tests for independent samples for civilized state, educational state, school-type variables from parametric techniques, and for senior variables, one-directional variance analysis (ANOVA) was used. The study used Pearson Correlation Analysis statistics to determine the impact of teachers’ blurring behaviors on their respective identifications. In the end of the study, the vibration behaviors that their teachers are exposed to have seen significant differences in terms of civilized status variables; the educational status, the age and the type of school in which they work has not shown significant differences in terms of the variables. Pre-school teachers are determined by the lighting size, according to the exposure degree; 1. Social Relationships 2. The quality of life and the professional status of the person. Showing yourself and communicating, 4. and the 5th. It is a person’s direct behavior toward his health. According to the results of the study, the importance and necessity of pre-school education is important to explain well to the society, so that students’ guardians will be able to develop more positive attitudes towards pre-school education and pre-school education teachers. It is important that teachers are equipped with the way they will follow in the blurning actions and possible encounters.

Özet:

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between the mobbing behaviors and teachers’ descriptions of parents and whether the parent induced mobbing behaviors that pre-school teachers are exposed to and teachers’ descriptions of parents change according to a number of varieties. This research which is based on a relational screening model discusses the issues of mobbing behaviors of parents towards teachers and teachers’ perceptions of the parents and attitudes towards the parents. The study group is consisted of 192 preschool teachers who worked at state and private schools in Çanakkale in 2016-2017 academic year. In accordance with the purpose of the study, which is based on the relational screening model, to collect the data a questionnaire was developed. To analyze the data among parametric techniques marital status, educational status, for school type varieties unpaired t- test, and for the analyses concerning year of experience One –Way analysis of Variances (ANOVA) were used.  As a result of the research, while there is a significant difference in terms of marital status variables in the levels of mobbing behaviors which teachers were exposed to, there aren’t any significant differences according to the school type and year of experience. According to the exposure degree of mobbing behaviors of preschool teachers are sequenced as the attacks on; 1. Social Relationships, 2. The Life Quality of Individuals and Professional Status, 3. Targeting Self Esteem and Means of Communication 4.Individual’s Reputation 5. Individual’s Health. It can be suggested in consideration of the results of the present research that it is crucial to explain properly to the society the significance and necessity of early childhood education and preschool teachers. Accordingly, it would be possible for the parents to develop positive attitudes towards preschool education and preschool teachers. It is imperative that teachers should be well trained and well prepared to cope with mobbing behaviors and related incidences.
