Abstract:

This study was aimed at studying the impact of the form of work-in-time vacation assessment of the academic staff of Hatay Mustafa Kemal University on health perception. The study was designed in the relative scanning model from quantum research techniques and was selected according to the simple random sampling method to study by 400 academic staff working in faculties and universities located in Taifur Ata Sökmen Campus. The data in the study was collected with the personal information form, the scale of the form of work-free time assessment and the scale of health perception. In the data assessment, the SPSS 23 package program for Windows was used. The data has been analyzed and a data has been disabled. Internal consistency ratio for measurements was calculated and the mean, standard deviation, pressure and confusion values were studied. The study used Pearson Correlation Analysis and Multi-Right Regression Test in 95% confidence as hypothesis tests. As a result, it was understood that there are meaningful relationships between the forms of work-free time assessment and health perceptions of participants and that the form of work-free time assessment affects the health perception.
