Abstract:

The issue of damages is of great importance in terms of sales contracts. This subject has been discussed in Switzerland law and other foreign law since the Roman Law, as well as having a status that has been discussed, and has been discussed in many monographs. Especially today, international sales have been one of the most suitable legal issues to create problems due to different legal regulations between countries. The purpose of this study is to examine the problem of the transition of the damage that contains many problems within the framework of the Turkish Debt Act No. 6098 and the view of the 1980 Vienna Convention on International Sale of Goods, which was prepared for the purpose of filling many vaccines and which Turkey also agreed in 2010.
