Liderlik Tarzlarının Çalışanların Ses Verme Davranışına Etkisi: Kamuda Bir Araştırma

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı, kamu kurumlarında gösterilen liderlik tarzlarının çalışan ses verme davranışına etkisini araştırmaktır. Lider davranışının çalışanlar üzerindeki etkisinden yola çıkılarak, liderlik tarzlarının, çalışan sesliliği üzerindeki etkisi araştırılmıştır. Liderlik tarzları; değişim odaklı, ilişki odaklı ve görev odaklı liderlik tarzları olarak, çalışan sesliliği de kurumun gelişimi konusunda duygu, düşünce ve fikirlerin sözlü olarak dile getirilmesi olarak ifade edilmektedir. Araştırma ilişkisel tarama modelindedir. Bir kamu kurumunun Ankara bölgesindeki birimlerinde görevli 341 kamu çalışanından veri toplanmıştır. Analiz sonucunda, çalışan sesliliği ile görev odaklı liderlik tarzı arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişki bulunmuş; değişim odaklı ve ilişki odaklı liderlik tarzları ile anlamlı bir ilişki bulunamamıştır. Elde edilen bulgular sonuç bölümünde tartışılmıştır.

The Impact of Leadership Styles on Workers' Voiceing Behavior: A Public Research

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of the leadership styles shown in public institutions on the working voice-giving behavior. Based on the influence of leadership behavior on employees, the influence of leadership styles on the voice of employees has been studied. Leadership styles; as a change-oriented, relationship-oriented and task-oriented leadership styles, the vocality of the employee is also expressed as the oral expression of feelings, thoughts and ideas about the development of the institution. The research is in the relational scan model. The data were collected from 341 public employees in the departments of an public institution in Ankara. As a result of the analysis, a meaningful relationship was found between the voice of the employee and the task-oriented leadership style; no meaningful relationship was found with the change-oriented and relationship-oriented leadership style. The findings were discussed in the result section.
