Abstract:

Doğal kaynakların sınırlı olması ve insan ihtiyaçlarının gelecekte karşılanamama riski, kaynakların verimli kullanılmasını ve etkin yönetimini gerekli kılar. Bu amaçla çalışmada atık yönetiminde kamu-özel sektör ortaklığı ile entegre bir uygulama olan Atık Borsası incelenmektedir. Çalışmada öncelikle temel kavramlar olan atık, atık yönetimi ve Atık Borsası kavramlarına yer verilmektedir. Ardından Atık Borsası’nın gelişimi açıklanarak, Atık Borsası’nın çalışma sistemi, avantajları belirtilmektedir. Atık Borsası’nın Türkiye’de ve dünyada uygulamalarına yer verilerek çalışma sonlandırılmaktadır.
