Abstract:

The basis of the birth of child-young tourism lies in healing and rehabilitation of children, teaching their culture, history, geography. In this study, in light of information on the concept, content, types of children and youth tourism in the Russian history, the projects and developments under the framework of children and youth tourism from the Tsarish period to the present have been included. Russia in this context has been aimed at taking a role model and bringing the possibilities and applicabilities for child-friendly tourism that has been understood in Turkey in recent years to the work that will be discussed. The work framework is based on the quality research method and a conceptual framework is created by conducting the source and document examination related to the subject. The study found that health and educational factors in Russia, as well as children's tourism in the historic process, aimed at vaccinating children with a sense of patriotism and Soviet ideology. For this purpose, private institutions and organizations, as well as government institutions, have been informed that the social funding budget is benefited.
