Araştırmanın amacı kamu hastanelerindeki iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamalarının, çalışanların iş performansı üzerine etkilerini ortaya koymaktır. Araştırmanın evrenini Mayıs 2016 tarihi itibarı ile Burdur ilindeki 4 kamu hastanesinin kadrolu çalışanları oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada kolayda örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Örneklemi oluşturan 554 çalışana ulaşmak için 800 anket gönderilmiş, bunlardan 570 tanesi geri dönmüş ve 554 anket değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında hastanede çalışan sağlık personeli için iş güvenliği ölçeği, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği ölçeği ve iş performansı ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Bağımlı değişken olan iş performansı ile bağımsız değişken olan İSG uygulamalarının alt faktörleri arasındaki ilişkileri belirlemek için Pearson Korelasyon analizi ve etkileri ortaya koymak için Çoklu Regresyon analizinden faydalanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda İSG uygulamaları alt boyutlarının tamamının iş performansı ile pozitif yönlü doğrusal ilişkisi olduğu, çoklu regresyon analizi sonucuna göre sağlık taraması ve kayıt sistemleri, malzeme, araç ve gereç denetimi ile koruyucu önlemler ve kurallar alt boyutlarının iş performansını pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı şekilde etkilediği, diğer alt boyutlarının anlamlı olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Çalışanların hasta veya hasta yakını tarafından sözel veya fiziksel şiddete maruz kalma oranı %90,2, hastane çalışanları tarafından sözel veya fiziksel şiddete maruz kalma oranı %57,2 çıkmıştır. Bu yüksek oran kamu hastanelerinde yaşanan şiddet ve mobingi ortaya koymaktadır.
The purpose of the research is to reveal the impact of work health and safety practices in public hospitals on the work performance of employees. The universe of the research is formed by staff staff of 4 public hospitals in the Burdur province from May 2016. The method of sampling was easily used in the research. 800 surveys were sent to reach 554 employees, of which 570 returned and 554 were taken to evaluation. The data collection used the work safety scale, the work health and safety scale and the work performance scale for the health staff working in the hospital. Pearson's Correlation Analysis and Effects have been used by Multiple Regression Analysis to identify the relationships between the work performance and the subfactors of the independent variable ISG applications. The study concluded that the whole subdimensions of ISG applications have a positive linear relationship with work performance, the result of multiple regression analysis is that health scans and recording systems, material, vehicle and equipment control and protective measures and rules have a positive and meaningful impact on the work performance, the other subdimensions are not meaningful. The percentage of exposure to oral or physical violence by the patient or the patient’s neighbor has increased by 90.2%, and the percentage of exposure to oral or physical violence by the hospital’s staff has increased by 57.2%. This high rate reveals violence and mobing in public hospitals.
The aim of the study is to reveal the effects of occupational health and safety practices in public hospitals on the performance of employees. The population of the study is composedpermanent staff of 4 public hospitals in Burdur province as of May 2016. The sampling method was used easily in the study. In order to reach 554 employees, 800 questionnaires were sent, of which 570 were returned and 554 questionnaires were taken into consideration. The data were collected by using the work safety scale, occupational health and safety scale and work performance scale. Multiple Regression analysis was used to determine Pearson Correlation analysis and effects to determine the relationships between sub-factors of OHS applications, which are independent variables, job performance. As a result of the research, it is seen that all of the sub-dimensions of OHS applications have positive directional linear relation with job performance, and according to the results of multiple regression analysis, health screening and recording systems, materials, equipment and protective measures and rules sub-dimensions have a positive effect on work performance. The rate of exposure to verbal or physical violence by the patients or their relatives is 90.2% and the rate of exposure to verbal or physical violence by hospital employees is 57.2%.This high rate reveals violence and mobbing in public hospitals.
