Abstract:

The objective of this research is to thematically examine the research carried out in the Guidelines and Research Centers (RAM) between 2003-2018. In this context, the research included in the study was selected taking into account the criteria: (a) that it is related to special training processes; (b) that participants are included from the guidance and research centers; (c) that it is open to remote access via the web. There are 16 studies that meet these criteria. Nine of these studies consist of master's thesis and seven of the articles. The research has been collected under the main themes and sub-themes through content analysis from the quality data analysis methods. From the created themes, physical problems, the use of measurement and evaluation tools, the cooperation with stakeholders, family participation, the general functioning of RAMs and the problems related to the diagnosis, evaluation, direction, placement processes, the lack of material in RAMs, the inability of evaluation rooms, the inability of buildings to design according to the types of inability, the inability of heat, light, isolation. As a result, there are many problems in RAMs that have a negative impact on the functioning and it is believed that significant improvements are needed to make the functioning possible.
