Rekabet seviyesinin uç noktalara dayandığı günümüz iş dünyasında işletmeler sürdürülebilirlikleri için inovatif düşünüp, yenilikçi davranışlar sergileyen çalışanlarının olmasını istemektedirler. Bu aşamada yöneticiler, çalışanlar ve bunlar arasındaki etkileşimler kilit rol oynamaktadır. Üyelerin yenilikçi davranışlar sergilemelerinde liderlerin etkisinin önemli olduğu düşünülmektedir. Bu bağlamda, bu araştırmanın amacı lider-üye etkileşiminin çalışanların inovatif davranışlar sergilemesindeki etkisini belirlemektir. Araştırma kapsamında 2019 yılının Kasım ayında İzmir il merkezindeki 120 sigorta acentesi çalışanına anket uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda lider-üye etkileşiminin inovatif davranışlar üzerinde anlamlı ve pozitif yönlü bir etkisinin olduğu bulunurken, lider-üye etkileşiminin alt boyutlarından sadece katkı boyutunun inovatif davranışlar üzerinde anlamlı ve pozitif yönlü bir etkisinin olduğu bulgulanmıştır.

The impact of the lead-member influence on the innovative behaviors of the players: A research in the Sigorta agents in Izmir

In today’s business world, where the level of competition is based on endpoints, want to have their employees thinking innovative for their sustainability and showing innovative behaviors. At this stage, managers, employees and interactions between them play a key role. It is believed that the influence of the leaders is important when the members show innovative behaviors. In this context, the purpose of this research is to determine the impact of lead-member interaction on the demonstration of innovative behaviors of employees. In the framework of the survey, a survey was carried out on 120 employees of the insurance agencies in the center of İzmir in November 2019. The research finds that lead-member interaction has a meaningful and positive impact on innovative behaviors, while the subdimensions of lead-member interaction have found that only the contribution dimension has a meaningful and positive impact on innovative behaviors.

At this stage, managers, employees and interactions between them play a key role. It is thought that the influence of leaders is important for the members to display innovative behaviors. In this context, the aim of this research is to determine the effect of leader-member exchange on employees' innovative behaviors. At the scope of the research, a survey was applied to 120 insurance agency employees in Izmir city center in November 2019. As a result of the research, it has been found that leader-member exchange has a significant and positive effect on innovative behaviors. Also, only the contribution dimension of leader-member exchange has a significant and positive effect on innovative behaviors.
