The aim of this research is to determine the effect of positive psychological capital and leader-member exchange on organizational citizenship behavior. The population of the research consists of 258 personnel working in Borikasit and Boraks factories belonging to Eti Maden enterprises operating in Bandırma, Balıkesir, and the sample of the research consists of 202 personnel working in these factories. With the data obtained, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, normality test, multiple correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis was performed. As a result of the correlation analysis, it was determined that there is a positive and significant relationship between leader-member exchange and positive psychological capital (r(202): 0,584, p<0,05). In addition, it has been observed that there is a positive and significant relationship between leader-member exchange and organizational citizenship behavior (r (202): 0,606, p<0,05) and a positive and significant relationship between psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior. According to the results of the multiple regression analysis, it was seen that the leader-member exchange has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (β = 0,0222, p<0,05). It has been observed that positive psychological capital has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (β = 0,657, p<0,05)
