Sahabenin Hadis Tasavvurunda Vahiy-Kitabet İlişkisinin Yeri

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada, sahabahnin hadislerin kaynağına ilişkin düşüncesinin şekillenmesinde hadis kitabahi sürecinin etkisi araştırılmıştır. Hz. Peygamber’in nazil olan Kur’an vahyi ve hadislerle ilgili kitabah noktasındaki farklı uygulamaları sahabahde vahyin yazılı olması, lafzen korunmuşluğu ve tilavet edilmesi şeklinde ifade edilebilecek temel özelliklerine dair bir anlayış oluşturmuştur. Hz. Peygamber’in sağlığında onun söz ve uygulamalarına vahiy kaynaklı-ictihada dayalı şeklinde kavramsal bir ayırımla bakmadıkları anlaşılan sahabah, bağlayıcılık bakımından Kur’an ile Hz. Peygamber’in söz ve uygulamaları arasında bir fark görmemiştir. Bununla birlikte Hz. Peygamber’in vefatından sonra her iki bilginin arasını kesin bir şekilde ayırdıklarını gösteren uygulamaları bulunmaktadır. Onların iki bilgi arasında yaptıkları bu tefrik Hz. Peygamber’in başlangıçtaki uygulamasına denk düşecek şekilde “yazılı bir metin haline getirip getirmeme”yi esas almıştır. Hz. Peygamber’in vefatından yani Kur’an’ın nüzul süreci bittikten sonraki dönemde sahabah Kur’an ve Kur’an dışı metin ayırımı üzerinden bir tavır geliştirmiştir. Hz. Peygamber’in hadis kitabahini yasaklamasındaki hadislerin Kur’an’la karışması şeklindeki gerekçe ortadan kalktığı halde sahabahnin hadis kitabahine yaklaşımlarında başlangıçta oluşan vahiy tasavvurları etkili olmuştur.

In this study, the influence of the hadith process in the formation of the thought of the Sahabah about the source of the hadiths was studied. by Hz. Abstract:

In this study, we examine the effect of hadith kitabah process on the formation of sahabah’s thought regarding the source of hadiths. The different applyings of The Prophet about the kitabah related with the Qur’an revealed and the hadiths led the sahabah to consider that the revelation had to be written and was literally protected and intonated. It seems that the sahabah did not distinguish between the sayings and deeds of the Prophet while he was alive by regarding the conceptional differentiation in the way of revelation based and ijtihad based as well as did not distinguish between the Qur’an and his sayings and deeds in respect to their bindingness (authority). In so far as, after the Prophet’s demise, we find the applyings indicating that the sahabah definitively distinguished between both kinds of the knowledge. Their distinguishing between two kinds of the knowledge was based on that whether or not the hadiths should have been written, in the manner corresponding to the early applying of the Prophet. In the period after the Prophet’s demise, that is to say, after the revelation of the Qur’an ended, the sahabah took a stand on the principle that there is difference between Qur’anic and non-Qur’anic texts. Although the reason that the Prophet forbade to write the hadiths because of that they should have been mixed with the Qur’an disappeared, The early revelation image of the sahaba continued to be effective on their attitude to the hadith kitabah.
