Abstract:

In other words, payable military is an application that extends to the early periods of the history of the war. In every period of the history of the state's continuous transition to the army, almost every state has benefited from the use of the salary/leasing soldiers. The historical background of the wage military practice, which was based until the Cup War, was widely used until the 19th century but has become a fact prohibited by international law, especially from the late 20th century. But with the end of the Cold War, the remunerated military application began to be re-applicated under the name of private military companies. The analysis of the position of private military companies in international law, due to the fact that it is a practice which is de facto, but is also prohibited by law, will provide an explanation of the direction of the practice in international law to the states. While private military companies represent micro-structure that provide aid to states in order to provide security and military support in general, there are many different dimensions. The reinterpretation of the state and security, the international human rights, the international criminal law, the national responsibility in international law, the topics such as the approach to the subject, the war and the transformation of the war are the subject matter within its scope that is a field of interest in many disciplines such as international relations, law, political science. In Africa, with its own own structure, it is important to deal with both paid military and private military companies.
