Abstract:

In this study, a web-based measurement assessment system is designed to enable class teachers to use alternative measurement and evaluation tools in their teaching process and to study the availability of this system. The research is formed by a research-based approach. The preliminary application of the design developed in the research and the main application process was carried out in two training teaching processes with 6 volunteer class teachers. The study first studied the design process from the managerial module to determine the feasibility of the system. After that, a half-configured conversation with the teacher's opinions on the system was taken. The data obtained has been submitted to visual analysis. The research found that the web-based measurement assessment system saved teachers from the commitment to time and space, giving teachers the opportunity to store and evaluate student files in an online environment. Measurement evaluation forms have also been shown to give the opportunity to be prepared, used, shared, and hidden by the teacher, taking into account the level of development and success of the class. The student has been given an assessment process and has been given feedback to the guardians.
