Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to study the perceptions of staff strengthening of youth services and staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff. The universe of the research is formed by the staff of the Youth Services and Sports Provincial Directorate who work in the provinces of Ardahan, Elazığ, Erzincan, Erzurum, Hakkari, Kars, Malatya, Muş, Tunceli and Van; the sample group consists of a total of 271 people, including 93 women and 178 men, randomly selected from this staff group. The study used the Personal Psychological Strengthening Perception Scale, which was developed in 1995 by Spreitzer and adapted to the Turkish by Kerse (2013) as a data collection tool. There were no significant differences in the comparison of personal strengthening perceptions of youth services and staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff staff. The higher the level of education of the participants' personal psychological strengthening and low-dimensional average, the more given score average also increases.
