Abstract:

When the study of work accidents in the world and in our country shows that about 88% of the accidents are "dangerous movement", 10% are "dangerous state" and 2% are caused by unknown circumstances. Safety culture, safety, collective or personal protective measures in the design work has begun in our country but has not been brought to a sufficient level. In long-term studies, even if the European standards are achieved, the accidents associated with dangerous movements will not be brought to a sufficient level without taking systematic measures. These systems should be designed so that employees will not make any mistakes or automatically stop some mistakes. Touch sensors, gas sensors, etc. in work health and safety studies. Many sensors are used in different sectors. However, in our country, because the use of second-hand machines is too much, the sensors are unable to be used effectively. Previously expensive sensors are manufactured at much more affordable costs in today’s conditions. The technology that develops very quickly facilitates this type of application. It is also expected that this type of use will be widespread with Industry 4.0. In this study, a sample case with the 5x5 L type matrix method was studied and work health safety assessments were made, the risk analysis after accident with the use of sensors reduced the chance of work accident by 75%. In time, accidents have been minimized through applications made in other press and similar machines.
