They are social beings who strive to achieve the goals and purposes of people. The leadership phenomenon has a great role in the emergence of the thoughts and desires of the people or groups of people living together and in reaching their goals. Leaders, who have the ability to influence individuals or groups by targeting the goals set by them, attack the power that can organize their own lives towards goals. The person who exhibits these attitudes and behaviors by focusing on behavior orientation is actually a self-leader. In both senses, having a career is an important concept for life. What is desired in organizations is to give importance to the individual prolongation as well as the realization of the goals, and the harmonious realization of each organization. Thus, productivity and efficiency studies will be ensured, and the happy restrictions on life will increase. It was aimed to measure the effect of the characteristics of these individuals on their life obligations. In this context, the large survey was applied to a sampling group consisting of the members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in a province located in the Central Black Sea region. The obtained sections were analyzed and reported with the SPSS program. As a result of the analysis, consuming the business, self-leadership suggestions, life suggestions in a positive way and target-oriented results have been achieved.
