İbn-i Kesîr'in kaleme aldığı, Şirvânlı Mahmûd'un tercüme ettiği Tarih-i İbn-i Kesîr, Eski Anadolu Türkçesi döneminin önemli eserlerinden biridir. Eser, insanlığın yaratılışından başlayarak müellifin ölümünden birkaç yıl öncesine kadarki süreçte meydana gelen olayları ele almaktadır. Tarih-i İbn-i Kesîr’in yazıldığı Eski Anadolu Türkçesi döneminde Türkler, özellikle Arap devletleriyle yakınlık kurmuştur. Bu yakınlıkta dinî inançlar, yaşayış, ekonomi, coğrafya gibi nedenler etkili olmuştur. Bu sebeple, Eski Anadolu Türkçesi döneminde yazılan eserlerde Arapça ve yanında Farsça kelimeler oldukça yoğun bir şekilde kullanılmıştır. Bir dilin söz varlığını zenginleştirmenin yollarından biri, o dildeki mevcut yapılarla yeni sözcükler türetmektir. Bu faaliyet, bazen yapım ekleriyle bazen de sözcükleri birleştirme yoluyla yapılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, birleştirme yoluyla oluşturulan ve Türk dilinin söz varlığını zenginleştiren birleşik fiiller üzerinde, Tarih-i İbn-i Kesîr bağlamında durulacaktır. Birleşik fiiller, bir veya birden fazla isim unsurunun ya da bir fiilin bir yardımcı fiille birleşmesiyle oluşmuş yapılardır. “Tarih-i İbn-i Kesîr Tercümesi’nde Birleşik Fiiller” adlı bu çalışmada, birleşik fiiller “isim + yardımcı fiil, fiil + fiil, isim unsurunun kökenine göre birleşik fiiller” şeklinde, üç başlık altında ele alınıp örnekleriyle incelenmeye çalışılacaktır.
It is one of the most important works of the ancient Anatolian Turkish period, which is translated by Shirvânlı Mahmud. The work deals with the events that occurred in the process from the creation of mankind to a few years before the death of the creator. During the Ancient Anadolu Turkish period in which the history of Ibn Kessir was written, the Turks, especially Arab states, established close proximity. In this proximity religious beliefs, life, economics, geography, and other reasons have been influential. Therefore, in the works written in the Ancient Anadolu Turkish period, Arabic and alongside Persian words were used quite intensely. One of the ways to enrich the word existence of a language is to generate new words with the existing structures in that language. This activity is sometimes done through the combination of words, sometimes with the production additions. In this study, the united facts created through unification and enriching the existence of the Turkish language will be focused on the History-i Ibn-i Kesîr context. Combined facts are structures formed by a combination of one or more name elements or an assistant facts of a facts. In this study entitled "United Facts in the History of Ibn Qasar Translation", united Facts will be discussed under three titles and tried to be studied with examples in the form of "Name + Assistant Facts, Facts + Facts, United Facts according to the origin of the name element".
“Tarih-i İbn-i Kesîr Tercümesi” which was written by İbn-i Kesîr and translated by Şirvânlı Mahmûd, is one of the important works of the Old Anatolian Turkish period. The work is a religious and historical work that tells about the events that took place from the creation of humanity to a few years before the death of the author. During the old Anatolian Turkish period when the Tarih-i İbn-i Kesîr was written, the Turks established a geographical relationship especially with the Arab states. The main reasons for this relationship were religious beliefs, ways of living, and economic conditions. For this reason, Arabic and Persian words were used extensively in the works written in the Old Anatolian Turkish period. One way to enrich the vocabulary of a language is to derive new words with words in that language. This is sometimes done by combining the suffixes and sometimes the words. In this study, the verbs enriching Turkish language that are formed by combining will be emphasized in the context of the Tarih-i İbn-i Kesîr. Compound verbs are structures formed by combining one or more noun elements or a verb with an auxiliary verb. In this study entitled “Compound Verbs in the Tarih-i İbn-i Kesîr Tercümesi”, the compound verbs will be examined under three titles as “noun + auxiliary verb, verb + verb, compound verbs according to the origin of the noun element”.
