Bu çalışmada okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin materyal kullanımlarına ilişkin görüşlerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında Konya iline bağlı devlet ve özel anaokullarında çalışan 120 okul öncesi öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada ölçme aracı olarak yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Form oluşturulduktan sonra 2 okul öncesi öğretmeni, 2 çocuk gelişimi uzman akademisyen görüşüne göre yeniden düzenlenmiştir. Veriler SPSS 26 paket program kullanılarak frekans ve yüzde dağılım hesaplamaları yapılarak incelenmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre öğretmenlerden %66,7’sinin materyal hazırlama konusunda yeterli bilgi düzeyinin olduğu, %80’inin materyal hazırlamada beceri ya da yeteneğinin olduğu, %55’inin materyal tasarlarken bireysel uyarlamalara yönelik yaptığı, %41,7’sinin materyal kullanımında kısmen yeterli olduğu, %49,2’sinin sınıftaki materyal sayısının 0-15 adet olduğu, %26,7’sinin sınıftaki materyal sayısını yetersiz bulduğu, %72,5’inin üniversitede materyal konulu eğitime katıldığı, %20’sinin materyal bulma konusunda herhangi bir sorun yaşamadığı, %23,7’sinin yeterli kaynak olmadığı nedeniyle sorun yaşadığı, %27,9’unun anlaşılmayan konular üzerine materyal hazırladığı, %23,8’inin materyal hazırlarken renklerin dikkat çekici ve uyumlu olmasına dikkat ettiği, %36,4’ünün hazır materyalleri yapılandırdığı, %27,9’unun materyal hazırlama konusundaki eksikliğin çeşitli olmaması yönünde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Materyal kullanma, geliştirmeye yönelik önerilerin ise %11,7’sinin hedef ve kazanımlara uygun olması gerektiği saptanmıştır. Bu süreçte öğretmenlerin materyal kullanımlarına ilişkin görüşleri tespit edilmiştir. Öğretmenlere hizmet öncesi ve hizmet içi eğitimler verilerek materyal becerilerinin desteklenmesi sağlanabilir.
This study is aimed at examining the opinions of pre-school teachers about the use of material. The research work group consists of 120 pre-school teachers working in the state and private kindergartens associated with the province of Konya in the 2021-2022 educational year. In the study, a semi-configured conversation form was used as a measuring tool. After the form was created, 2 pre-school teachers, 2 children's development was reorganized according to the opinion of the academic specialist. The data was studied using the SPSS 26 package program by making frequency and percentage distribution calculations. According to the research findings, 66.7 percent of teachers have sufficient level of knowledge about the preparation of material, 80 percent of teachers have any skills or skills in the preparation of material, 55 percent of teachers do individual adaptations when designing material, 41.7 percent are partially sufficient in the use of material, 49.2 percent are 0-15 pieces of material in the class, 26.7 percent find the number of material in the class insufficient, 72.5 percent participate in the training of material in the university, 20 percent do not experience any problems with the finding of material, 23.7 percent do not experience any problems due to the lack of sufficient source, 27.9 percent do not agree on the subject matter, 29.9 percent do not agree on the subject matter, 29.9 percent do not agree on the subject matter, 29.9 percent do not agree on the subject matter, 29.9 percent do not agree on the subject matter.Materials use and improvement are estimated that 11.7 percent of the recommendations should be in line with the goals and achievements.In this process, the opinions of teachers about the use of material have been identified.Teachers can be provided with pre-service and in-service training to support material skills.
In this study, it is aimed to examine the opinions of preschool teachers about the use of materials. The study group of the research consists of 120 preschool teachers working in public and private kindergartens in Konya in the 2021-2022 academic year. A semi-structured interview form was used as a measurement tool in the study. After the form was created, it was rearranged according to the opinion of 2 preschool teachers and 2 child development expert academicians. The data were analyzed by using the SPSS 26 package program, by making frequency and percentage distribution calculations. According to the research findings, 66.7% of the teachers had sufficient knowledge about material preparation, 80% of them had the skill or ability to prepare materials, 55% of them made individual adaptations while designing materials, 41.7% of them are partially sufficient in the use of materials, 49.2% of them find the number of materials in the classroom 0-15 pieces, 26.7% of them find the number of materials in the classroom insufficient, 72.5% of them attend material training at the university, 20% of them they did not have any problems in finding materials, 23.7% of them had problems because there were not enough resources, 27.9% of them prepared materials on incomprehensible subjects, 23.8%of them paid attention to the colors to be attractive and harmonious while preparing the material. It was determined that 36.4% of them structured ready-made materials, 27.9% of them had a lack of variety in material preparation. It was determined that 11.7% of the suggestions for using and developing materials should be in accordance with the targets and achievements. In this process, teachers' views on the use of materials were determined. Material skills can be supported by giving pre-service and in-service trainings to teachers.
