HELÂL İÇERİKLİ TURİZMİ TERCİH ETMEDE ETKİLİ OLAN FAKTÖRLERİN ARAŞTIRILMASI: ERZURUM ÖRNEĞİ

Bu çalışmada Erzurum il merkezinde yaşayan yetişkin bireylerden kolayda örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen 575 kişiye tatillerini helâl turizm içeriğine uygun bir konaklama merkezinde geçirmek isteyip istemedikleri sorulmuş ve katılımcıların %87’sinin tatillerini helâl turizm içeriğine uygun konaklama merkezlerinde geçirmek istedikleri tespit edilmiştir. Daha sonra bu tercihte etkili olabilecek demografik ve sosyo-ekonomik faktörler irdelendiği gibi; seyahat ve konaklama imkânlarına ait faktörler de sorgulanmıştır. Yapılan ki-kare bağımsızlık testleri neticesinde helâl turizm tercihi üzerinde etkili olabilecek değişkenlerle ikili lojistik regresyon modeli kurulmuş ve kurulan modelin istatistiki bakımdan anlamlı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Kurulan ikili lojistik regresyon modeli sonuçlarına göre %5 önem seviyesinde kalınacak otelde helâl yiyecek ve içecek sunumu yapılması (1), otel konaklama sayısı (2), otelde bay bayan özel plajların bulunması (3), otellerde temizlik ürünlerinin yiyecek ve içeceklerden uzak tutulması (4), otel odalarına ayakkabıyla girilememesi (5), otel odalarında dini ekipman (Kur’an, tespih, seccade, kıble işareti, vb.) bulundurulması (6), yolculukta durakların namaz saatlerine göre ayarlanması (7), otelde çocuk ve yetişkinler için dini içerikli eğlence programlarının bulunması (8), oteldeki ortak alanlarda mahremiyete önem verilmesi (9) ve otelin donatı (fitness, yüzme havuzu, spa, vb.) imkânlarının bulunması (10) helâl turizm tercihini etkileyen hususlardır. İkili lojistik regresyon modeli sonuçlarına göre %10 önem seviyesinde otelin güvenlik ve emniyeti (11), ailenin aylık ortalama geliri (12), oteldeki ortak alanlarda tesettüre dikkat edilmesi (13), Ramazan’da otellerdeki yemek saatlerinin iftar ve sahur vakitlerine göre ayarlanması (14), otelin şehir merkezine yakınlığı (15), otel odalarındaki televizyon kanallarının helâl içeriklere sınırlandırılması (16), gıdaların sağlıklı şartlarda muhafaza edilmesi (17) ve otel odalarında alaturka tuvaletlerin bulunması (18) helâl turizm tercihini etkilemektedir.

Research of factors that influence the preference of domestic tourism: example of ERZURUM

In this study, 575 people selected with the easy sample method from adults living in the center of Erzurum province were asked whether they wanted to spend their holidays in a accommodation center suitable for legal tourism content and 87 percent of participants found that they wanted to spend their holidays in accommodation centers suitable for legal tourism content. The demographic and socio-economic factors that could be influential in this preference were subsequently questioned, and the factors related to travel and accommodation opportunities were also questioned. As a result of the quarterly independence tests, a dual logistics regression model has been established with variables that can affect the preference of legal tourism and the established model has been statically meaningful. According to the results of the established dual logistics regression model, it will remain at 5% level of importance for the hotel to offer legal food and beverage (1), the number of accommodation (2), the hotel has private beaches (3), the hotel cleaning products are kept away from food and beverage (4), the hotel rooms cannot be entered with shoes (5), the hotel rooms have religious equipment (Coran, detection, seccade, cable sign, etc.). holding (6), arranging stations on the journey according to the prayer hours (7), providing religious entertainment programs for children and adults in the hotel (8), paying attention to privacy in the hotel’s common areas (9) and the hotel’s equipment (fitness, swimming pool, spa, etc.) They are the ones who prefer the tourism. According to the results of the dual logistics regression model, the security and safety of the hotel at a level of 10 per cent of importance (11), the average monthly income of the family (12), the attention to the facility in the hotel’s common areas (13), the setting of the meals in the hotels in Ramadan (14), the proximity of the hotel to the city centre (15), the limitation of the television channels in the hotel rooms to legal content (16), the preservation of food in healthy conditions (17) and the availability of the alaturka toilets in the hotel rooms (18) influence the preference of legal tourism.
