İlim, kültür ve edebiyat tarihinde pek çok mecmûa tertip edilmiştir. İçerik bakımından incelendiğinde pek çok türü bulunan mecmûalardan biri de şiir mecmûalarıdır. Edebiyat tarihinin gelişim sürecinde çok sayıda yazılmış olan ve bir el kitabı niteliğinde bulunan bu eserlerden biri de 17. asırda kaleme alınmış olan Kâsımî’nin Mecmû‘atü’l-letâyif, Bahrü’l-ma‘ârif veya Sandûkatü’l-ma‘ârif gibi adların verilebileceği içerisinde belirtilmiş olan şiir mecmûasıdır. Derleyenin mahlası ile Kâsımî Mecmûası olarak da adlandırılmış olan mecmûada pek çok şaire ait şiirler yer almaktadır. Bu şiirler içerisinde önemli bir kısım, haklarında malumata sahip olunsa dahi mecmûa içerisinde yeni şiir örnekleri tespit edilen şairlere aittir. Bu şairlerden biri de Beyânî’dir. Çalışmada öncelikle bahsi geçen şairin kim ve hangi dönem şairi olduğunun tespit edilebilmesi için mecmûanın 17. asırda tertip edilmiş olunmasından ötürü ilk olarak biyografik kaynaklardan yararlanılarak 16 ve 17. asırlarda Beyânî mahlasını kullanmış olan şairlerin bir listesi çıkarılmıştır. Şairlerin kaynaklarda verilmiş olan şiir örnekleri mecmûada verilmiş olan şiirlerle karşılaştırılmış ve eşleşen bir şiir bulunamamıştır. Netice alınamaması üzerine kaynaklarda bu mahlası kullanmış olan şairlerle ilgili bilgilerden, mecmûanın genel özelliklerinden ve şairin mecmûada yer alan şiirlerinden yola çıkılarak şairin kim olduğunun ortaya konulmasına gayret edilmiştir. Bu sayede bu çalışma ile mecmûada yer alan ve daha önce yayımlanmamış şiirlerin hangi şaire ait olabileceği tetkik edilmiş ve şairle ilgili yeni bilgiler ortaya konmuştur. Araştırma neticesinde mecmûada verilmiş olan şiirlerin büyük bir ihtimalle Ahdî’nin Gülşen-i Şu‘arâ adlı tezkiresinde Seydî Çelebi olarak meşhur olduğu belirtilmiş olan ve bir şiirinden 17. asırda da yaşamını devam ettirdiği anlaşılan şaire ait olduğu belirlenmiştir.
There have been a lot of religious, cultural and literary events in history. When it comes to the poetry, there are many kinds of poems. There are many verses in the history of literature that have been written in the process of development and one of these works that are in the character of a handbook is the poem must be mentioned in which the name of the Quran, which has been taken into the pencil in the 17th century, may be given, such as the Mecmû'atü'l-letâyif, Bahrü'l-ma'ârif or Sandûkatü'l-ma'ârif. Many compilations have been organized in the history of science, culture and literature. One of the compilations that have many types when examined in terms of content is poetry compilations. One of these works, which were written in large numbers in the development process of the history of literature and which is a handbook, is the poetry collection, which is stated to be given names such as Mecmū‘atü’l-letāyif, Bahrü’l-ma‘ārif or Sandūkatü’l-ma‘ārif, which was written in the 17th century. The compilation, which is also known as the Compilation of Kāsımī, with the pseudonym of the compiler, contains poems of many poets. An important part of these poems belong to the poets whose examples of new poems were identified in the compilation, even if we know about them. One of these poets is Beyānī. In the study, a list of the poets who used the pseudonym Beyānī in the 16th and 17th centuries was first made by using biographical sources in order to determine who and in which period the mentioned poet was a poet. Because the compilation was arranged in the 17th century. The poetry samples of the poets given in the sources were compared with the poems given in the compilation and no matching poems were found. When no result was obtained, efforts were made to reveal who the poet was, based on the information about the poets who used this pseudonym in the sources, the general characteristics of the compilation and the poems of the poet in the compilation. In this way, with this study, it was examined which poetry the poems in the magazine and previously unpublished could belong to and new information about the poet was revealed. As a result of the research, it was determined that the poems given in the magazine most likely belong to the poet who was stated to be famous as Seydī Çelebi in the biography of Ahdī’s Gülşen-i Şu‘arā, and one of his poems was understood to have continued his life in the 17th century.
