Bu araştırmanın amacı Türkiye’de gerçekleştirilen iş birliği kapsamında görev yapan özel güvenlik görevlileri ile bu kapsamda görev yapmayanların örgütsel bağlılık ve öz yeterlilik algıları arasında fark olup olmadığını tespit etmektir. Nicel paradigma çerçevesinde gerçekleştirilen araştırma, betimsel tarama şeklinde desenlenmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini Elazığ’da çalışan özel güvenlik görevlileri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada tam sayım yöntemi kullanılmış olmasına rağmen araştırmaya tüm çalışanlar katılmamıştır. Araştırma kapsamında elde edilen 385 çalışana ilişkin veri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Allen ve Meyer (1990) tarafından geliştirilmiş olan Örgütsel Bağlılık Ölçeği ve Schwarzer ve Jerusalem (1981) tarafından geliştirilmiş olan Öz Yeterlilik Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın amacı doğrultusunda yapılan analiz neticesinde proje kapsamında görev yapan özel güvenlik görevlileriyle bu kapsamda görev yapmayanların örgütsel bağlılık ve öz yeterlilik algı düzeyleri arasında fark olmadığı tespit edilmiştir.
The purpose of this research is to identify whether there is a difference between the special security officers who work within the framework of cooperation in Turkey and those who do not work within this framework between the organizational commitment and self-capacity perceptions. The research carried out in the framework of the Nicel paradigm is designed in the form of a visual scan. The universe of the research is formed by special security officers working in Elazığ. Despite the use of the full counting method in the study, not all employees participated in the study. The data of 385 employees obtained under the research was used. The study used the Organizational Responsibility Scale, developed by Allen and Meyer (1990) as a data collection tool, and the Self-Qualification Scale, developed by Schwarzer and Jerusalem (1981). According to the research, there is no difference between the level of organizational commitment and self-quality perception between the special security officers who work within the project and those who do not work within the project.
The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a difference between the organizational commitment and self-efficacy perceptions of the private security officers working within the scope of the cooperation in Turkey and those who don’t work in this scope. The research carried out within the framework of the quantitative paradigm was planned as a descriptive survey. The universe of the research consists of private security officers working in Elazıg. Although the full count sample was used in the study, not all employees participated in the research. Data on 385 employees obtained within the scope of the study were used. In the research, Organizational Commitment Scale by Allen and Meyer (1990) and Self-Efficiacy Scale by Schwarzer ve Jerusalem (1981) were used as a data collection tool. As a result of the analysis conducted within the aim of the research, it was determined that there was no difference between the organizational commitment and self-efficacy perception levels of the private security officers working within the scope of the Project and those who did not work in this scope.
