Bu çalışma ile Nietzsche’nin adalet kavrayışı, onun eşitlik kavrayışı ve sözleşmeden türetilen bir birliktelikle ilgili düşünceleri çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır. Nietzsche adaletin kökenini mübadeleye, insanların bir sözleşmeyle bir araya gelme fikrini ise bir eşitlik varsayımına dayandırmaktadır. Ona göre bu eşitlik uydurulmuş bir eşitliktir. Doğanın kendisinde teşhis edemediğimiz bir adaletin ise insanlar arasında tesis edilebileceğine inanmak güçtür. İnsanlar kendi korunma ve güvenlik güdüleri dolayısıyla bencilce bir araya gelir. Kendi geçici çıkarları çerçevesinde konfor alanına çekilen insanlar, başlangıçtaki çıkar birliğini unutarak sözlerine riayet etmeyi bir erdem olarak kabullenirler. Nietzsche doğada olduğu gibi insanda da bir eşitsizlik olduğunu dile getirir. O, insanın doğası gereği gücü isteyeceğini belirterek, gücü arzulayan bir varlık olarak insanın bu gücü elde etmesi neticesinde başlangıçta kendi çıkarına olduğunu düşündüğü anlaşmayı ihlal edeceğini belirtir. Sosyal sözleşme kuramlarına dair eleştirilerinde Nietzsche bunları açıkça dile getirmektedir. Bu çalışma Nietzsche’nin adalet kavrayışını eşitlikle ve bu eşitliği tesis ettiği varsayılan sosyal sözleşme ile ilişkisinde değerlendirmek amacını taşımaktadır.
With this study, Nietzsche’s concept of justice was discussed in the framework of his concept of equality and his ideas about a union derived from the treaty. Nietzsche puts the origin of justice on the exchange, and the idea of the people to come together with a treaty on the assumption of equality. That equality is an equal equality. It is hard to believe that a righteousness that we cannot diagnose in nature itself can be established among humans. People gather selfishly for their own protection and security motivations. People who are pulled into the comfort area in the framework of their own temporary interests, forget the unity of interests in the beginning, accept to observe their words as a virtue. Nietzsche says there is an inequality in man as in nature. He indicates that the human being, by nature, will seek power, and that the human being, as a creature that desires power, will infringe the agreement that he believes it is in his own interest, as a result of obtaining this power. In his criticism of the theories of social contracts, Nietzsche clearly expressed this. This study aims to evaluate Nietzsche’s concept of justice in equality and in relation to the presumed social contract in which this equality is established.
