Bu araştırmanın amacı, üniversite 2. sınıfta seçmeli bir ders olarak okutulan ve 14 hafta süren, “Eğitimde Teknoloji Kullanımı” dersine devam eden öğrencilerin, eğitim sürecinde teknoloji kullanımına ilişkin düşüncelerini ortaya çıkararak, gelecek yıllarda bu süreçte ne tür teknolojiler kullanılacağına dair fikirlerini araştırmaktır. Araştırma nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışması dikkate alınarak desenlenmiştir. Çalışmada veriler iki aşamada toplanmıştır. Öncelikle 53 öğretmen adayından eğitimde teknoloji kullanımına ilişkin düşüncelerini yazmaları istenmiştir. Sonraki aşamada ise, öğretmen adaylarından, 1-6 kişi arasında değişen proje grupları oluşturmaları istenmiştir. Her proje grubunun, grup çalışması yaparak hazırladığı ve eğitimde teknoloji kullanımının geleceğine dair görüşlerini yansıttıkları 15 tane proje önerisi incelenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar genel olarak incelendiğinde, öğretmen adaylarının, çağa ayak uydurabilmek için eğitim süreçlerinde teknoloji kullanımının gerekliliğine dair düşüncelere sahip oldukları, fakat teknoloji kullanımının her zaman da gerekli olmadığını ifade ettikleri görülmüştür. Buna ek olarak, öğretmen adaylarının eğitimde teknoloji kullanımının öğrenmeyi kolaylaştıracağını ve daha keyifli hale getireceğini iddia ettikleri görülmüştür.
The purpose of this research is to explore the ideas of students who are taught as a faculty course in the 2nd grade of the university and continue the 14 weeks of the "Use of Technology in Education" course, revealing their ideas about the use of technology in the educational process, and what kind of technologies will be used in this process in the coming years. The research is designed by taking into account the situation study methods of research. The data was collected in two stages. First, 53 teachers were asked to write their opinions about the use of technology in education. At the next stage, the teacher candidates were asked to form a project group ranging from 1 to 6 people. 15 project proposals were examined by each project group, which were prepared by group work and reflected their views on the future of technology use in education. When the achieved results are examined in general, it has been shown that teachers candidates have an idea of the need for the use of technology in educational processes in order to fit the age, but the use of technology is not always necessary. In addition, it has been shown that teachers candidates claim that the use of technology in education will make learning easier and more pleasant.
