Bu çalışmanın amacı kurumsal kaynak planlaması uygulamasının etkisini araştırmaktır. Bu amaç için ERP uygulamasında başarılı olmuş firmalara bir anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Firma özellikleri, firmaların ERP programlarının özellikleri ve ERP uygulamasının etki ettiği faktörler analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda ERP uygulamasından sonra firmaların; bölümler arasındaki entegrasyon, kullanılan teknolojilerin tek platformda birleştirilmesi ve standartlaşması, dokümantasyonun ve raporlamanın düzenli yapılması, iş takibi ve verilerin karar verme sürecinde kullanılabilirliği, maliyetler, hammadde temin süresi, müşteri memnuniyet oranı, üretimdeki gecikme süreleri, siparişlerin zamanında teslim oranı, planlama ve karar alma süreçlerinin süresi, üretim/hizmet verimliliği açısından iyi yönde değişiklikler yaşadığı bulunmuştur.
The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of enterprise resource planning application. For this purpose, a survey study was conducted on companies that were successful in ERP implementation. The characteristics of the company, the features of the companies' ERP programs and the factors affected by the ERP application were analyzed. As a result of the research, after the ERP application, the companies; integration between departments, unification and standardization of technologies used in a single platform, regular documentation and reporting, usability of business follow-up and data in the decision-making process, costs, raw material supply time, customer satisfaction rate, delay times in production, on-time delivery rate of orders, planning and decision making It has been found that there are good changes in terms of duration of processes and production/service efficiency.
This study aims to determine the impact of ERP implementation. To achieve this purpose, a survey was conducted on the companies that have been successful in ERP implementation by sending out a questionnaire. Then, the company characteristics, their ERP program features, and factors that are effected by ERP implementation were analyzed. The results of the survey have shown that after ERP implementation, some of the factors have improved. These factors are integration of departments, incorporation of technologies in the organization and achievement of standardization, regular documentation and reporting, work dispatch and usability of data in decision-making, costs, lead time of raw material, ratio of customer satisfaction, delay time of production, on time for orders’ delivery, planning time and decision-making time, production / service productivity.
