Purpose: Students' predictions and negative attitudes regarding statistics, such as fear, anxiety, anxiety, disadvantage, in university's bachelor and postgraduate programs, can lead to some academic deficiencies in the future. Similarly, the biostatistics course is of great importance in all areas of health; research design and implementation, data analysis, interpretation of results and the production of quality scientific publications. The knowledge of the views and attitudes of this course by the teaching staff; this course will contribute to the students who take the course to better understand the course of bio-statistics and to the processes of the course. To determine the attitudes of students towards the bio-statistics course, the data set obtained from the surveys applied to 420 students registered in the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Veterinary Sciences, Higher School of Health and Graduate Department of the Van Hundred Years University has been used. 1-5 liquor points were used to measure the attitude towards the lesson. Results: Based on the answers to the behavior questions for the Biostatistics course, the behavior points were calculated and these data were subjected to factor analysis (KMO 90.1 %; p<0.001). The conclusion is that the biostatistics course is generally loved but a difficult lesson. According to personal information in the study, a statistically significant difference was observed between the student’s attitude points according to “Mother-Father Cooperation Status, Weekly Biostatistics Class Hour and School End Target” (p<0.05). The conclusion is that the course of biostatistics should be more appreciated by students and processed by teachers in a easy/friendly way and that students can easily interpret statistical findings. It is also recommended that the teachers make more effort to strengthen the students' desire to enter this course, even if biostatism is not an obligatory course. The results obtained in the study could contribute to the better teaching of the course and to the correction of the negative attitudes of students and thus to the improvement of the overall quality of education in the university.
