Bilindiği gibi “çü, çün, çün ki” cümle başı edatları ile kurulan cümleler dilimize Farsçadan geçmiş cümlelerdir. Bu çalışma Eski Anadolu Türk-çesi dönemi metinlerinde çok sık kullanılan “çün”lü cümlelerin klasik Osmanlı Türkçesi dönemi süslü nesir örneklerindeki durumunu ortaya koymak için yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla, dönemin süslü nesir dilini iyi bir şekilde yansıttığını düşündüğümüz Abdülbâkî Ârif Efendi’nin Siyer-i Nebî adlı eserinde geçen “çün”lü cümleleri işlevleri ve yapıları bakı-mından inceledik.
As we know, the sentences that are formed with the edats of the phrase "think, think, think" are the sentences that have passed from our language. This study was done to reveal the status of the "chun" sentences that are very frequently used in the text of the Ancient Anatolian Turkish period in the classical Ottoman Turkish period decorated generation examples. For this purpose, we examined the function and structures of the "chun" sentences that passed in the work of the Abdülbâkî Ârif Efendi named Siyer-i Nebî, which we think we well reflected the decorative generation language of the time.
As known, the compound sentences that built with “çü, çün, çünki” conjunctions entered to Turkish from Persian. These sentences are often used in ancient Anatolian Turkish language. Therefore we purposed to show the usage in classical Ottoman Turkish. For this study, we used the text than named Siyar al-Nabi that written by Abdulbaki Arif Efendi. Because it was one of the best samples of classical Ottoman ornate prose.
