İşten Ayrılma Niyetinin İşveren Markasıyla İlişkisinin İncelenmesi

Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın amacı işten ayrılma niyeti ve işveren markası ilişkisini incelemektir. Araştırmanın hipotezleri, İstanbul’da kozmetik sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir işletmede çalışan 286 çalışandan oluşan bir örneklem üzerinde test edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, işten ayrılma niyeti ile işveren markası ve alt boyutlarından örgüt kimlik imajı ile algılanan işlevsel ve psikolojik fayda arasında negatif yönlü ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişkinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca işveren markasının, yorumlanan örgüt kimlik imajının, algılanan işlevsel ve psikolojik faydanın çalışanların işten ayrılma niyetinin birer yordayıcısı olduğu ve sonuç olarak işten ayrılma niyetini negatif yönde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir.

The purpose of this research is to examine the intention of leaving the job and the employer’s brand relationship. The hypotheses of the study were tested on a sample of 286 employees working in an enterprise operating in the cosmetic industry in Istanbul. The research finds that there is a negative and statistically meaningful relationship between the intention of leaving the job and the employer’s brand and subdimensional organization identity image and functional and psychological benefits perceived. It has also been found that the employer’s brand, the interpreted organization identity image, the functional and psychological benefits perceived are one-way indicators of the intention of employees to leave the job and consequently negatively affect the intention to leave the job.
