Bu çalışmanın amacı, eğitim fakültelerinin son sınıfında öğrenim görmekte olan öğretmen adaylarının “Öğrenciyi Tanıma Yeterlikleri”nin cinsiyet, not ortalaması ve okudukları programa göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğinin incelenmesidir. Araştırma, Adıyaman Üniversitesi ve Yüzüncü Yıl Üniversitesi eğitim fakültelerinin rehberlik ve psikolojik danışmanlık, okul öncesi öğretmenliği, sınıf öğretmenliği, fen bilgisi öğretmenliği, sosyal bilgiler öğretmenliği, matematik öğretmenliği programlarının son sınıfında öğrenim görmekte olan 245’i erkek ve 266’sı kadın olmak üzere toplam 511 öğretmen adayı üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada, veri toplama aracı olarak Tanhan (2012) tarafından geliştirilen “Öğrenciyi Tanıma Yeterlikleri Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Veriler t- testi ve Anova teknikleri kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Sonuçlar, öğretmen adaylarının öğrenciyi tanıma yeterliklerinin cinsiyete göre anlamlı bir farklılık göstermediğini ortaya koymaktadır. Ancak, öğretmen adaylarının not ortalamaları ve okudukları programa göre öğrenciyi tanıma yeterlikleri arasında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmuştur.
The aim of this study is to study whether the "Student Recognition Skills" of teachers candidates who are studying in the last class of the educational faculty differ according to gender, score average and the program they study. The research was carried out on a total of 511 teachers candidates, including the guidance and psychological counseling of the University of Namiyaman and the University of the Hundred Years, pre-school teaching, class teaching, science knowledge teaching, social information teaching, math teaching programs in the last class, 245 men and 266 women. The study used the "Student Recognition Skills Scale" developed by Tanhan (2012) as a data collection tool. The data was analyzed using the T-Test and Anova techniques. The findings show that the teacher candidates' ability to recognize the student does not show a significant difference from gender to gender. However, there was a significant difference between the score average of the teacher candidates and the ability to recognize the student according to the program they read.
