So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Çocuk işçiliği güncelliğini koruyan sosyal bir sorundur. Çözümüne yönelik kısa ve uzun vadeli politikalar üretilmektedir. Kısa vadede mevcut durumun iyileştirilmesi, işçi sağlığı ve iş güvenliği açısında uygun hale getirilmesi amaçlanırken, uzun vadede bu sorunun tümden ortadan kaldırılması hedefi gözetilmektedir. Türkiye’de çocuk işçiliği ile mücadelede yasal boyutta pek çok düzenleme bulunmaktadır. Fakat uygulamada hedeflenen başarıların elde edildiğini söylemek güçtür. Bunda yasal mevzuatta bir birlikteliğin olmayışı ve çocukların daha çok yasal düzenlemelerin dışında kalan kayıt dışı sektörde çalışıyor olmaları etkilidir.
