Abstract:

The term is one of the best verbal cultural products that reflect a nation’s culture, traditions and habits, lifestyle and thinking structure. Speechs that make up the topic of your article in the Dresden Library of Mscr. in Dresden. and Ea. In 224 Moritz is registered in a mecmua on behalf of Georg Weideman. This mecmua contains two stories, examples of letters written on various topics and two different places — one with Arabic and the other with Latin — with a total of 602 Turkish speeches. There is no record on the date of writing. However, in a story it was given the date of 1689 because it passed to 1689 in the library records. The emptiness of Arabic literary phrases in front of them for the writing of Latin literary forms, the giving of Italian and Latin, and the lack or miswriting of some of the phrases, increases the possibility that Arabic literary phrases, such as Latin literary phrases, are written by a stranger. The Latin letters in Mecmua were studied by G. Hazai in 1982. The Arabic people are outside the work. The subject of our article is the Arabic letter speech between 68v and 92r. Those who have passed here to the present day, those who have changed or those who are forgotten today, have been identified by scanning the work of the speech that belongs to Aksoy, Tülbentçi and Eyüboğlu. Also those that are the same or similar to the Latin letters of Arabic letters in the mecmua were also given at the end of the article.
