Amaç: Çalışmamızın evrenini, kamu kuruluşları (KK) ve özel sektör kuruluşları (ÖS), örneklemini ise bünyesindeki spor tesislerinde hizmet alan, şirket üyelerinin problem ve beklentileri amaçlanmıştır. Materyal metod: Nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tanımlayıcı araştırma modeli ile Güçlü M. tarafından (2000) geliştirilmiş olan “Problem Belirleme ölçeği’’ (PBÖ) ile Hergüner, G. (2001) tarafından geliştirilmiş olan “Beklenti Belirleme Ölçeği” (BBÖ), kullanılmıştır. ÖS; (25- 35 yaş n=150), ve KK; (25- 35 yaş n=150), olmak üzere, en az 3 yıl süre ile spor hizmeti alan toplam 300 üyeye uygulanmıştır. Veriler SPSS 22.0 paket programında analizleri yapılarak, istatistikî işlem olarak alt boyutlarda ortalama ve standart sapma alınarak, korelasyon analizi uygulanmıştır. Bulgular: Spor Bilinci ile İlgili Problemler: ÖS; (14,68±6,75) / KK; (15,95±7,61), Spor Bilinci ile İlgili Beklentiler: ÖS; (41,68±5,33) / KK; (54,75±6,65) alt boyutlar arasında en yüksek çıkmıştır. Problem Belirleme Ölçeği: ÖS; (53,97±28,83) / KK; (56,84±27,87) toplam puanıyla az seviyede problem olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Beklenti Belirleme Ölçeği: ÖS; (128,13±18,17) / KK; (149,58±19,82) toplam puanı ile katılımcıların aldıkları spor hizmetleri konusunda yüksek beklentiye sahip oldukları tespit edilmiştir. Spor Bilinci ile İlgili Problemler” ile “Toplumsal Spor Kültürü ile İlgili Beklentiler” alt boyutları arasında ÖS; (r=-,14) / KK; (r=-,18) en düşük ilişki, Bireysel Problemler ” ile “Spor Bilinci ile İlgili Beklentiler’’ arasında ÖS; (r= - ,38) / KK; (r= -,36) en yüksek ilişkinin olduğu tespit ediliştir (p<0,05). Sonuç: Özel sektör ve kamu kuruluşları bünyesinde spor yapan üyelerin, spor yapma konusunda yeterli farkındalığa sahip olmadığı görülmüştür. Ancak kamu kuruluşları bünyesinde spor yapan üyelerin problemleri ve beklentileri daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Her iki sektörde de problem ve beklenti düzeyleri arasında negatif ve düşük seviyede anlamlı ilişkilerin olduğu söylenebilir. Başka bir deyişle katılımcıların aldıkları spor hizmetine yönelik problem düzeyleri azaldıkça spor hizmetine yönelik beklentilerin de anlamlı olarak azalacağı söylenebilir.
Purpose: The universe of our work is aimed at the problems and expectations of the members of the company, which serve the public organizations (CC) and private sector organizations (SEC) and their sample in the sports facilities within them. The material method: The identificative research model of the Nicel research methods and the "Problem Identification Scale" developed by Strong M. (2000) and the "Operation Identification Scale" developed by Hergüner, G. (2001) were used. AS; (25- 35 years of age n=150), and KK; (25- 35 years of age n=150), has been applied to a total of 300 members who receive sports services for a period of at least 3 years. The data is SPSS 22. Analysis in the 0 package program, the average and standard deviation in the lower dimensions as a statistical process, the correlation analysis was applied. Results: Sports Awareness Related Problems: AS; (14,68±6,75) / KK; (15,95±7,61), Sports Awareness Related Expectations: AS; (41,68±5,33) / KK; (54,75±6,65) was the highest among the subdimensions. The problem determination scale: AS; (53,97±28,83) / KK; (56,84±27,87) has been found to have a low level of problem with the total score. The expectation determination scale: AS; (128,13±18,17) / KK; (149,58±19,82) with the total score, the participants have a high expectation of the sports services they receive. Between the subdimensions of Sports Consciousness and Sports Consciousness and "Social Sports Culture and Expectations"; (r=-,14) / KK; (r=-,18) the lowest ratio, Individual Problems " and "Sport Consciousness and Expectations"; (r= - ,38) / KK; (r= -,36) the highest ratio (p<0,05). The result: Members who do sports within the private sector and public organizations have not been sufficiently aware of doing sports. However, in the public bodies, the problems and expectations of the members who do sports are higher. In both sectors, it can be said that there are negative and low-level meaningful relationships between the problem and expectation levels. In other words, as the problem levels for the sports service that participants receive decrease, the expectations for the sports service will also decrease significantly.
